HOW IT ALL STARTED
When Martín moved to the U.S. for work, he met a lot of business owners—small agency founders, startup teams, and entrepreneurs trying to grow their companies. No matter the industry, they all seemed to run into the same problem: hiring. Finding good talent was expensive, the hiring process took forever, and once they did find the right person, salaries and overhead costs made it even harder to scale.
The more Martín heard these stories, the more he thought about Argentina. Back home, he knew so many skilled professionals—marketers, customer support reps, social media managers—who had great experience, strong English, and a solid work ethic. But many of them were stuck in jobs that didn’t pay well or offer much room for growth.
That’s when the idea came together. Businesses in the U.S. needed skilled people at a reasonable cost, and talented professionals in Argentina were looking for better opportunities. Why not connect the two?
And so, Gaúcho Remote Talent was born. A simple way for businesses to find the help they need, without the high costs and hiring headaches. And at the same time, a way for Argentine professionals to access better jobs with companies that truly value their work.
